Karachi: Chairman of the Sindh Textbook Board, Abdul Aleem Lashari, has announced that despite challenges, the printing of textbooks is in the final stages, with 80% of the work completed so far.
According to the Sindh Textbook Board, following clear instructions from Sindh Education Minister Syed Sardar Ali Shah, the printing process has commenced.
Chairman Lashari stated that 80% of the textbook printing is complete, and despite various challenges, the process is nearing its final stages.
He also mentioned that a mechanism for the distribution of textbooks from the board’s warehouses has been established, and there is no remaining ambiguity regarding the printing of textbooks.
Lashari added that arrangements for the distribution of textbooks have also started.
The Chairman noted that tenders for the required transportation for distribution have been opened, and the entire distribution system will be closely monitored.
He assured that the availability of textbooks will be ensured before the schools reopen.
