Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has submitted affidavits from its members of the provincial assemblies of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and Punjab to the Election Commission.
According to News, PTI sources reported that affidavits from 91 members from KP and 105 members from Punjab have been submitted.
The sources indicated that PTI leadership had instructed the assembly members to submit these affidavits.
It is noteworthy that a majority decision from the Supreme Court’s 13-member full bench had given assembly members 15 days to join PTI.”
