In the match played in Dambulla, Nepal women batted first and scored 108 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in their allotted overs.
Kabita Joshi top-scored with 31 runs, followed by Sita Rana Magar with 26 and Pooja Mahato with 25 runs.
Three Nepali players were run out, with Sadia Iqbal dismissing two of them.
In response, Pakistan women achieved the target in the 12th over with the loss of just one wicket.
Gul Feroza and Muneeba Ali made the victory easier by putting on a 105-run partnership for the first wicket.
Gul Feroza scored 57 runs off 35 balls with 10 boundaries, while Muneeba Ali made 46 and Tuba Hassan remained unbeaten on 1 run.
This victory marks Pakistan’s first success in the event, following their defeat to India in the opening match.
