Lahore: The High Court has issued notices to the FIA and other authorities regarding Oria Maqbool Jan’s bail request and has sought their responses.
Justice Farooq Haider presided over the hearing for post-arrest bail, with the petitioner represented by Advocate Rana Maroof.
The court has issued notices and postponed the hearing indefinitely.
It is noteworthy that the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has filed a case against Oria Maqbool Jan for spreading hate material.
