On Kashmir Exploitation Day, Asad Qureshi releases anthem in five languages

Lahore: Renowned Pakistani singer Asad Qureshi has released an anthem in five different languages to express solidarity with the people of Kashmir.

August 5, 2019, marks the day when Kashmir’s special status was altered, and today, “Kashmir Exploitation Day” is being observed around the world, including in Pakistan.

On this day, robust protests are held globally against Indian atrocities, not just in Pakistan but also in occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

In this context, Pakistani singer Asad Qureshi has released an anthem titled ‘Shehzadeyan Kashmir Ki’ (Daughters of Kashmir) to show solidarity with the Kashmiri people.

Asad Qureshi has sung the anthem ‘Shehzadeyan Kashmir Ki’ in five languages: Pashto, Punjabi, Kashmiri, Sindhi, and Balochi, making it a powerful voice for the Kashmiri people.

It is worth noting that Asad Qureshi’s previous “Pak-Turk” anthem also received significant acclaim.
