North Korea successfully tests locally-made drone

Pyongyang: North Korea has successfully tested the capabilities of a domestically-produced drone.

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un oversaw the performance tests of the drones developed within the country.

According to a report by a foreign news agency, Kim Jong Un personally witnessed the drone test.

For this purpose, he visited the Drone Institute of North Korea’s Academy of Defense Sciences.

Kim Jong Un observed the successful test of drones that identified and destroyed designated targets accurately after flying along various predetermined routes.

The North Korean leader emphasized the need for the production of more suicide drones, which are intended for use by tactical infantry and special operations units.

According to the foreign news agency, Kim Jong Un has issued directives for further combat application tests of these drones to ensure that North Korea’s military is equipped with them as soon

as possible.
