She questioned who these people are who dislike progress.Speaking at a ceremony in Lahore, Maryam Nawaz said that the government will complete its five-year term, and if anyone tries to disrupt it, they will be dealt with harshly.
She reiterated her surprise at the Supreme Court’s decision, saying they granted something that was never asked for, and it is being suggested to join PTI within 15 days, bringing back someone who is a criminal of the nation.
The Chief Minister said that the same person who brought the IMF back is now serving his sentence in Adiala Jail.
It’s evident they have attacked the country and memorials of martyrs, but the court does not see all this. If a government is stabilizing the country, let it work. She urged the public to keep their eyes and ears open and stated that they would not tolerate further disruption.
Maryam Nawaz said that in order to bring one person back, Supreme Court judges have rewritten the constitution.
She asked the judges to let the country function. Decisions should be made according to the constitution, not based on personal conscience. If you have sold your conscience, what can we do? PTI was given relief that it did not even ask for, and if anyone tries to create political instability, they will be dealt with harshly.
The Chief Minister said that once inflation occurs, it is difficult to reverse it. Shehbaz Sharif is making tough decisions to control inflation. They did not inherit a progressing Pakistan but one heading towards decline. They are doing whatever they can and will continue to do so, bringing the largest solar project in Pakistan’s history to Punjab, providing free solar power to those using up to 200 units of electricity.
She promised the nation that as long as they hold office, they will continue to serve the country.
