Lahore High Court directs Accountability Courts to expedite pending cases

Lahore: High Court orders expeditious disposal of pending cases in accountability courts.

Chief Justice of Lahore High Court, Justice Aaliya Neelum, has issued a significant decision, directing accountability courts to prioritize the disposal of pending cases.

In accordance with the Chief Justice’s order, Registrar Abher Gul has sent a letter.Pending cases from long-vacant accountability courts have been reassigned to appointed judges.

A total of 65 cases have been reassigned, with 36 cases sent to Accountability Court No. 5, 18 cases to Accountability Court No. 10, and 11 cases to Accountability Court No. 9.

Registrar Lahore High Court Abher Gul Khan has issued a notification following the issuance of the order.
