Jeddah: three Pakistanis arrested with 6 Kg of hashish

Riyadh: Saudi Arabian security forces have conducted a crackdown on drug dealers, arresting Pakistani and Ethiopian nationals and seizing a large quantity of drugs.

According to Saudi media, the arrested drug dealers include four Pakistanis, five Ethiopians, and one Saudi national.

A total of 33.5 kilograms of hashish was recovered from their possession.

The Anti-Narcotics Authority reported that in Riyadh, one Pakistani and one Ethiopian national were arrested, with 20 kilograms of hashish seized.

In Jeddah, three Pakistanis were detained, and six kilograms of hashish were recovered.

In the Jazan province, four Ethiopians and one Saudi national were arrested, with seven kilograms of hashish confiscated.

It is worth noting that drug trafficking in Saudi Arabia is punishable by death.

Recently, two Pakistanis were executed for drug trafficking, and around ten drug dealers have been sentenced to death this year.
