Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court Bar has called on the Supreme Court to review its decision in the Mubarak Sani case.
In a statement issued by Shafqat Tarar, Secretary of the Islamabad High Court Bar Association, concern was expressed over the Supreme Court’s decision.
The Islamabad High Court Bar Association and lawyers condemned the decision, stating that the Mubarak Sani case ruling has harmed the Constitution of Pakistan and the belief in the Finality of Prophethood.
They have urged the Supreme Court to review and correct the recent decision.
