Interior Minister: Time to free Pakistan from terrorist groups

Islamabad: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has stated that the time has come to rise above political and factional divisions and rid Pakistan of terrorist groups.

During a meeting in Islamabad with Senator Aimal Wali Khan, President of the Awami National Party (ANP), they discussed mutual interests and the national situation, including measures for maintaining peace in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Mohsin Naqvi emphasized that terrorism in any form is condemnable and that the national narrative against terrorism is Pakistan’s voice.

He asserted that everyone must unite to combat terrorism.

The Interior Minister acknowledged ANP’s firm stance against terrorism, noting that ANP members have made significant sacrifices in this battle, and expressed respect for their contributions.

He vowed to eliminate terrorists with the support of the public.

Aimal Wali Khan assured ANP’s support in the fight against terrorism, condemning the terrorist attacks on innocent people and affirming their solidarity in this struggle.
