Gold medalist Arshad Nadeem announces 100 free laptops for students

Olympian Arshad Nadeem, who won a gold medal for Pakistan at the Paris Olympics after 40 years, has announced he will provide 100 laptops to students for free.

During a press conference in Karachi with the Governor of Sindh, gold medalist Arshad Nadeem expressed his gratitude for the warm reception and honor given to him by the Chief Minister, Governor of Sindh, and the people of Karachi.

He stated that his success was achieved through hard work and the prayers of the entire nation.

At the conference, Nadeem declared his intention to donate 100 laptops to students in Karachi.

Nadeem also acknowledged the honor and respect shown by Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, who visited his village, and expressed deep gratitude to the people of Karachi and Sindh for their love and support.

Sindh Governor Kamran Tesori mentioned that people gathered at the Governor House to see the national hero and provided love and honor.

The Sindh government is also contributing 50 million rupees, and up to 100 million rupees have been raised from the Governor House.

He also praised the media for its role in live coverage of the Olympian.

Earlier, former Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori had presented Arshad Nadeem with 2 million rupees, a plot of land, and iPhone 15s for his family for his outstanding performance at the 2024 Olympics.
