Lahore: In the last 24 hours, eight dengue cases have been reported in Punjab, bringing the total number of dengue cases for the year to 296.
The Department of Primary and Secondary Healthcare has released dengue statistics for Punjab, indicating that 36 cases have been reported over the past week.
According to the health department spokesperson, two cases were reported from Lahore, three from Rawalpindi, and one each from Okara, Sahiwal, and Rahim Yar Khan.
The health department has completed all arrangements for dengue control, and all government hospitals have a stock of dengue and other medicines.
