Karachi: Air Vice Marshal Shahrayar Khan has stated that Pakistan’s commitment to peace should not be misunderstood as weakness.
In a media briefing at the Quaid-e-Azam’s mausoleum in Karachi, Air Vice Marshal Shahrayar Khan emphasized that Pakistan is a peaceful and progressive nation.
He warned against interpreting their peaceful stance as weakness. Under the leadership of the Chief of Air Staff, the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has evolved into a next-generation air force.
The upcoming induction of J-35 fifth-generation fighter jets will not only make the country’s defense impregnable but also position the PAF as the first air force in the region to operate these advanced aircraft.
He added that taking on guard duties on Defense Day is an honor for the Pakistan Air Force (PAF). The entire nation salutes the brave soldiers of September 6.
The martyrs made unparalleled sacrifices for this land and thwarted India’s nefarious designs. This war was a fight for the country’s integrity and survival. Pakistan thwarted the malicious objectives of an enemy four times its size.
The Pakistan Air Force lived up to the nation’s expectations, stopping the enemy’s tanks without delay and preventing them from advancing even an inch.
