Charcuterie Board decorated with over 468 kilograms of meat and cheese sets Guinness World Record

Austin: In the U.S., a charcuterie board decorated with over 468 kilograms of meat, cheese, and other food items has set a Guinness World Record.

The record was achieved during the 30th anniversary of Central Market in Austin, Texas, where they displayed the world’s largest charcuterie board.

Previously, the record was held by Florida’s Snack Delivery Service Boardery, which created a board with approximately 349 kilograms of food items.

Central Market stated in a Facebook post, “At the original Central Market on North Lamar in Austin, we arranged the cheese and set up the charcuterie board on the deck.”
