Mumbai: Bollywood’s romantic actor Emraan Hashmi has expressed a preference for Indian singer Krishna Kumar Kunnath, known as KK, over Pakistani singer Atif Aslam.
In a recent interview, Emraan Hashmi discussed his career and the music of his films. When asked by the host to choose between Atif Aslam and KK, Hashmi said it was difficult to choose, but he would lean towards KK because he personally prefers his music.
Hashmi explained that KK had composed music for many of his films and that there was a special magic in KK’s voice that fans still feel.
He added that he is a big fan of KK and felt that KK’s voice was perfect for his films, which is why he would choose him.
Hashmi also acknowledged that Pakistani singer Mustafa Zahid’s voice was very well received by fans, noting that Zahid sang for his film “Awarapan,” which remains popular.
Krishna Kumar Kunnath, known as KK, was born on August 22, 1968, in Delhi and passed away in 2022 at the age of 53 due to a heart attack during a live performance.
