Lahore: A case of assault against stage actor Tahir Anjum has been registered in front of the Punjab Assembly.
The FIR states that yesterday, while passing by the PTI hunger strike camp, actor Tahir Anjum was subjected to violence. His clothes were torn, and he was threatened with death.
The police filed the case based on Tahir Anjum’s complaint.
The case has been registered against Anila Riaz of PTI and her unidentified accomplices.
The police have arrested Anila Riaz in connection with the assault on Tahir Anjum.
