Islamabad: A reduction in prices for over 800 items at Utility Stores has been announced.
The Utility Stores Corporation has announced a 10% price cut on over 800 items nationwide.
This includes price reductions on a wide range of products from 48 different brands.
Prices for various brands of ghee, cooking oil, tea, detergent powder, noodles, ketchup, tetra pack milk, powdered milk, spices, pickles, soap, toothpaste, and other items have been reduced by 8 to 60 rupees.
The new prices have been implemented immediately at Utility Stores.
Currently, the Benazir Income Support Program subsidy at Utility Stores is suspended but will be reinstated soon under a new framework.
All consumers can shop at Utility Stores without any difficulties, conditions, or restrictions. Efforts are also being made to reduce prices of other essential items.
