California: American actor Whitney Redbeck has passed away at the age of 79 in Chatsworth, California.
According to U.S. media, Redbeck died due to complications from prostate cancer while under hospice care.
Redbeck began his television career with appearances on various TV shows, and one of his notable roles was as Roy in “Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives.”
In this role, he played a paintball soldier who shot at Jason Voorhees and was ultimately killed by him.
Additionally, his most significant role was as Larry, the crash test dummy in PSA (Public Service Announcements), where he encouraged people to wear seat belts.
