Esports World Cup won by Saudi Falcons

Riyadh: The Saudi Falcons team won the Esports World Cup held in Saudi Arabia. The winning team was awarded the trophy by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

The award ceremony was attended by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who presented the trophy to the Saudi Falcons team on the final day of the Esports World Cup, which lasted for eight weeks in Riyadh.

The Falcons secured the title with 5,665 points, defeating their rivals, the Dutch Liquid team, which scored 2,545 points and came in second. The Swiss BDS team finished in third place with 2,000 points.

Riyadh also hosted the New Global Sports Conference over the weekend, showcasing Saudi Arabia’s capabilities as an esports hub.
