Karachi: Google for Startups has announced the launch of an AI Academy in Pakistan and the Asia-Pacific region to promote artificial intelligence.
According to media reports, Google for Startups has introduced a new program called AI Academy to support and accelerate the development of AI startups in Pakistan and the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
The 2024 program will assist AI entrepreneurs in the Asia-Pacific region and facilitate rapid market access for their artificial intelligence-based products.
The program will bring together over 20 startups developing AI technologies. This will not only foster a dynamic AI community in the Asia-Pacific region but also initiate new innovations and partnerships across borders.
In this collaborative environment, the exchange of ideas, skills, and resources will accelerate the development of cutting-edge AI solutions and help establish the Asia-Pacific region as a global hub for artificial intelligence.
Selected startups will benefit from the following:
-Individual Mentorship: Access to global Google experts in artificial intelligence for personalized guidance and support.
-Google Cloud Credits: Up to $350,000 in Google Cloud credits to support AI development and experimentation.
-Networking Opportunities: Opportunities to connect and collaborate with other AI startups in the APAC region.
