Al-Khidmat Foundation hosts farewell dinner for Palestinian Ambassador

Lahore: Al-Khidmat Foundation organized a farewell dinner in honor of the Palestinian Ambassador.

The dinner was attended by Dr. Hafizur Rehman, President of Al-Khidmat Foundation Pakistan, Vice President Mohammad Abdul Shakoor, Air Marshal (Retd) Farooq Habib, Secretary General Syed Waqas Jafari, Egyptian Ambassador Dr. Ehab Mohamed Abdul Hamid Hassan, Deputy Head of Mission of the State of Palestine Nader H.E. El-Turk, Chairman of Al-Khidmat Aghosh UK Dr. Adeel Riaz, Vice Chancellor of Rifah International University Professor Dr. Anis Ahmad, and other officials.

During the event, participants paid tribute to Ambassador Ahmed Rabie for his services as ambassador.

Dr. Hafizur Rehman remarked that Palestine is a shining beacon for the Muslim Ummah and is currently facing a severe crisis.

He praised Ahmed Rabie for fulfilling his responsibilities by advocating for the Palestinian cause and supporting relief efforts from Pakistan. Dr. Rehman extended his best wishes for Ahmed Rabie’s future and expressed heartfelt thanks.

Dr. Hafizur Rehman also mentioned that Al-Khidmat Foundation is covering the accommodation and educational expenses for all students coming from Gaza and will continue to do so for future students from the Palestinian Embassy.

The foundation will also provide medical treatment for students from Gaza.

During the event, Ambassador Ahmed Rabie presented Dr. Hafizur Rehman with a copy of the Quran made at Masjid Qusay.

Ambassador Rabie thanked Al-Khidmat Foundation and the Pakistani people, expressing his hope that the foundation would continue its service alongside future ambassadors.
