Three Iranian security personnel killed in terrorist attack in Iran

Tehran: Three Iranian security personnel have been martyred in a terrorist attack near the Pakistani border.

According to the Iranian news agency Tasnim News, the attack occurred in the city of Mirjaveh in Iran’s Sistan and Baluchestan province, where a lieutenant and two other security personnel were killed.

Mahdi Shams Abadi, the prosecutor of Zahedan in southeastern Iran, reported that the security personnel were refueling at a gas station in Mirjaveh when terrorists opened fire on their vehicle.

The attack resulted in the death of the three security personnel, and a civilian present at the scene was also injured.

He further stated that a judicial case has been opened regarding the attack, and intelligence operations are ongoing to identify the perpetrators.

Tasnim News identified the martyrs as Second Lieutenant Mohammad Amin Naroui, Parisa Soozani, and Amir Ibrahimzadeh.
