Karachi: A special committee has been formed by the Sindh Assembly regarding the resolution to suspend K-Electric’s license.
According to media, the resolution to suspend K-Electric’s license was presented in the Sindh Assembly by independent member Sajjad Somro, who is supported by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.
In response, the Sindh Assembly has established a special committee.
The committee will review not only the K-Electric issue but also the performance of HESCO and SEPCO.
The special committee will consist of 11 members, including Opposition Leader Ali Khurshidi, and will be headed by Fayyaz Butt.
