Islamabad: A delegation led by Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto met with the Prime Minister and praised the government’s economic policies.
According to media, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, along with Syed Naveed Qamar and Karachi Mayor Murtaza Wahab, met with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
From the PML-N side, Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar, Information Minister Attaullah Tarar, and the Attorney General were also present.
The meeting focused on discussions regarding the current political situation in the country.
During the meeting, the Prime Minister stated that the PPP is a key ally of the government and has supported every measure taken to stabilize the country’s economy.
The Prime Minister praised Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s proposal of a “Charter of Parliament” presented in Parliament and supported the suggestion, stating that it would further strengthen democracy and the Parliament.
The PPP delegation expressed full confidence in the government’s economic policies aimed at stabilizing the economy, which was warmly welcomed by Shehbaz Sharif.
