It has been revealed that Pakistan earned $46.7 million from mango exports this year.
According to media, the Ministry of Commerce has presented the details of mango exports for this year in the Assembly.
The report indicates that Pakistan exported mangoes to 42 countries, earning $46.7 million.
The largest amount of mangoes, worth $13.2 million, was exported to the UK, and $9.2 million worth of mangoes were sent to the UAE.
Afghanistan received $2.2 million worth of mangoes, Saudi Arabia $1.3 million, and Oman $1.7 million.
Additionally, Kazakhstan imported mangoes worth $8.95 million, Germany $1.9 million, and other countries received mangoes worth $4.4 million.
It is noted that 13,681 metric tons of mangoes were exported during the current fiscal year.
